A polyethylene tubing packaging solution can be used to package a wide range of products for commercial and industrial applications. We use the blown-film extrusion process at Swastik to create our film tubes. The tubes come in gusseted and non-gusseted options, and can be cut and sealed to fit a wide range of products at the same time.

Low-Density Polyethylene:
Tough, flexible, good clarity, moisture resistant.

High-Density Polyethylene:
Lightweight, strong, less clarity, non-abrasive.

Linear Low-Density Polyethylene:
Durable, high-strength, impact & puncture resistant, less clarity.

Thin, strong, high clarity.

Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor:
Moisture resistant, rust-free protection, low density.

Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate:
Elastic, tacky, tough, puncture-resistant, better seals.
Applications: Frozen foods, ice, granules, powders, batch-inclusion or low-melt processes.
Ultra Violet Inhibitor:
UV ray protection.
Applications: Protects susceptible products from degradation or discoloration from the sun’s rays.
